Referral service only

ClaimToRepair is a referral service. We are not a contractor, insurance company, insurance agent or producer, or public adjuster, and we do not perform work, adjust claims, negotiate with insurers, or provide legal advice. We do not endorse or guarantee any partner company, its licensing, work, pricing, or any insurance outcome.

Compensation

The service provider that receives your request may pay us for the referral.

Consent to contact

By submitting a request and checking the consent box, you agree to be contacted as described in that consent. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP or by any reasonable means.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information, verify licenses and insurance of any company before hiring, and review contracts carefully. Many states provide a right to cancel certain home-repair or storm-related contracts.

Same-day emergency dispatch fee

If you choose same-day emergency service, a $50 same-day dispatch fee applies. It is fully refunded if no one arrives the same day. The dispatch fee is separate from, and does not go toward, the price of any work; the work is quoted and priced separately by the service provider. While online payments are off, we collect the fee by phone or text once your pro is confirmed.
