ClaimToRepair ("we") operates a free referral service that forwards U.S. property owners' requests to an independent local provider of property damage services.

Information we collect

Information you submit (name, phone, email, ZIP code, damage type, insurance status, description), your consent record (consent language, time, page URL, IP address, user agent), and basic usage data.

How we use and share it

We use your information to process your request and we share it with one independent service provider (such as a contractor, restoration company or tree service) that serves your area. That company may pay us for the referral and may contact you by phone, text and email as described in the consent you provided. We may also share information with service providers, to comply with law, or as part of a business transfer. The service provider uses your information under their own privacy policies.

Your choices

Reply STOP to texts, ask any caller to place you on their do-not-call list, or contact us to opt out of further sharing. Depending on your state (for example California, Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, Texas and others), you may have rights to access, delete, correct or opt out of the sale/sharing of personal information. Submit requests via the contact address below; we will verify and respond as required by law.

Sale of personal information

Sharing your request with partners who pay us may be considered a "sale" under some state laws. You may opt out of future sales at any time by contacting us.

Retention & security

We keep records as long as needed for the purposes above and to document consent, and use reasonable safeguards.

Children

Our service is not directed to children under 18.
